Venue

All conference activities will be held at Marvel Stadium, Docklands.
Access is via Gate 9 only – no other gates will be open for ACA attendees.

CARPARK

Please enter the carpark through CARPARK A via Bourke Street. Park close to Gate 9 and use the lifts to access Medallion Club - Registration and Expo 

Victory Room - Sessions

DO NOT USE CARPARK B, THERE IS NO ACCESS TO GATE 9 FROM CARPARK B.

Discounted carpark is available for ACA delegates. Please speak to any of the customer service team so they can provide you with a discount voucher for your carpark.

Conference Opening & Welcome Reception

Badge Collection: From 3:30pm, Marvel Stadium (Gate 9)

Welcome Reception: Showtime Events Centre, South Wharf (DFO South Wharf)

Time: From 5:30pm

Dress Code: Smart casual

Details: An outdoor cocktail-style event to open the conference.

  • Walking: Approximately 14 minutes from Marvel Stadium.

  • Tram: About 9 minutes. The nearest tram stop is located just outside Marvel Stadium on Bourke Street.

Registration Desk: Opens 7:00am

Opening Ceremony: 8:00am

Plenary Speakers: From 9:00am

Expo Hall: Open 8:30am – 7:00pm

Dress Code: Business attire

Asset Owner Welcome Reception: 5:30pm – 7:00pm 

YCG/ACAF Afterparty:
  Location: Boat on the Yarra River

  Boarding: 7:00pm – 7:30pm, Cow Up a Tree Docklands

  Departure: 7:30pm sharp

  Note: Tickets to YCG/ACAF Afterparty are not included in the main conference registration and can be purchased via the website.

Tuesday 11.11

Women in Corrosion Breakfast: 7:00am

First Plenary: 9:00am

Expo Hall: Open 8:30am – 5:00pm

Remembrance Day Commemoration: 

At 11am Please join us in the stadium seats for the Remembrance Day Commemoration

ACA Annual Awards Dinner Celebrating 70 Years of ACA:

  Venue: Melbourne Town Hall

  Attire: Cocktail or black tie

  Time: Evening

Wednesday 12.11

Expo Hall: Open 9:00am – 3:30pm

Morning Tea: Followed by first plenary at 11:00am

Closing Ceremony: 5:00pm, Victory Room B&C followed by closing drinks at View Bar, Marvel Stadium

Expo Closing Drinks: From 5:00pm

Exhibitor Note: At Marvel Stadium’s request, exhibitors must not pack up prior to 3:30pm. Penalties will apply for early closure.

Thursday 13.11 

Applicator Day

Location: Stadium Square, Marvel Stadium (between Gates 2 and 3)

Hours: 9:00am – 3:30pm
